Cancellation & Refund Policy
Aykya BoutiQue believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal policy on geneuine cases.
There is no refund policy with Aykya BoutiQue.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9591349977 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID along with picture. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and get the manifiest signed by courier boy and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement,
- If received wrong product, customer must be informed us within 24 hrs time along with product picuture in order to send initiate a replacement.
- The replacement of the product is subject to availablity at the time of replacement. We can either request to select other products in website with same price range in case of non availablity of the same product.
- All reaplcement can be done once we receive original product from the customer with original condition. If any damages found while return, it will be charged additionally or tallyed with replacement product value.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, acesseries, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered,including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered if any.
- No replcement or refund for International orders.
